Join Becky for a 2 session online class to embroider a festive Gingerbread house that’s almost good enough to eat! 

The house is worked in a technique called Metal thread embroidery, also known as Goldwork, using delicate metal threads in copper and silver with the addition of glass beads and silver spangles.

Over the 2 sessions you will learn stitches including Couching, Cutwork, and Pearl Purl edgings before cutting it out to make into a brooch or a hanging decoration measuring approximately 5x4cm.

A small 10cm hoop is provided in the kit however, if you prefer to work with a hoop on a stand that is also good.

Tissue paper

Mellor (optional)

A divider tool (optional).

The cost of the kit will be approximately £35 plus P&P and it can be ordered from Becky's shop.
